Being Vulnerable Has Benefits

Written by

You can do more than you think.

It's the mind we contend with at times. Or the body. But...

Have you noticed that when you allow yourself to be vulnerable, you have the opportunity to learn more and advance yourself?

When you keep a wall up, you close yourself off from others. In doing so, you might miss meaningful messages or purposeful experiences.

Courage

But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong. 2 Corinthians 12:9-10

Grace2

James, a servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ, To the twelve tribes in the Dispersion: Greetings. Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing. If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him. James 1:1-27

Steadfast

We have spoken freely to you, Corinthians; our heart is wide open. You are not restricted by us, but you are restricted in your own affections. In return (I speak as to children) widen your hearts also. 2 Corinthians 6:11-13 (Read 1-13)

Heart

Letting yourself feel vulnerable allows you to connect more deeply with others. And what can be more important than that?

Empathy

Widen your hearts this week! You might learn something about yourself and others.

I have noticed you don't monetize bible-research.org, don't waste your traffic, you can earn additional bucks every month with new
monetization method. This is the best adsense alternative for
any type of website (they approve all sites), for more info simply search
